Debt Control Free - Get out of Debt with Debt Snowball Plan App Reviews

I had the free version and it kept prompting me for upgrade. So I ended up paying for it but thats when things got horrible. First I could not find a lot information on how to mark your payment as extra principle. There was a button, but no further explanation. I also entered one debt wrong and had no choice of correcting so I had to remove the app from my phone and reinstall. Well, now I am back to the free version and lost my $2.00. Horrible app. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

UPDATED 1/3/13: uninstalling. The upgrade wants to charge me per debt. The upgrade erased a year worth of debt tracking with no warning. ------------------------------- The app is easy to enter the info into. One issue I have is that extra payments cant be entered. It moves it to the next payment month rather than allowing me to add more money to that particular payment. Another point on the above is that I wish I could modify a payment in general. I setup a monthly payment of $25 a month but my fist payment was $27.37 so all my other payments would be even. I couldnt change the first payment so my last payment shows as $27.37 throwing my charts off. I like that you can export the info to an email. The format in the email was a grid so I was able to easily paste it into a spreadsheet. I like being able to see the different ways of paying down your debt and how they affect your debt free date.

Why do I have to restore my purchase every day I open up this app?

I liked this until the last update...then it keeps telling me I have access to only one debt, and it wont let me do anything with that one. Uninstalling.

I used this app to help manage my debt (like everyone else) I go to use it today, since Ive neglected it, and it now asks me to pay to use my other debts!?!? Ridiculous!!!!!! I wish I never downloaded the free version. yuck. I also refuse to use anything by this developer... I dont need this to happen again...

Ive already paid for this app, however every time I attempt to access my accounts I cant. Tells me to restore my payment. I want a refund.

I paid for the full app and it has yet to acknowledge it! I am still being told I can only use 1 debt.

Worked great until update. Now cant use all the stuff I put into it. What a waste

Paid for the premium app when it first came out and it was a great app, then they upgraded the app and now they want me to pay for every debt?? Ridiculous!

If i could give 0 stars i definitely would. This app WAS great...until they deceptively did an update that was labeled as a "bug fix". Now you can only access one debt, which is absolutely useless to me. Ive deleted this app and because of there deceptiveness I will no longer purchase any of this companys apps!

Ive been using this app for a long time, and when I "updated". The app, it took all of my info and held it hostage. Im considering legal action under local consumer protection laws.

I liked the app, so I updated so I could still use it. I went to access it again several days later and it locked me out and told me i had to pay Again! Um, pretty sure paying you $2 each time I want to use this app is not the way to get debt free. Too bad you ruined this app...

It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Deleting and using something else. Stupidly spent the money to upgrade and now anytime I try to do anything on the app a prompt comes up telling me I had to pay again! Save your time and your money. Never will use anything from this user again

I really liked this app. I love how it operates just in general. EXCEPT that I have to restore the full version each time I open it. Now there is a bug where I cant even restore it. Which is terribly inconvenient now. :/

I liked what it offered in the beginning so I "in-app"-ed. Now that I upgraded I cannot get on unless I restore or re purchase. iTunes caught it the first time and didnt charge but I dont want to go through this every time I have to get on the app. DELETE!!!!

What a waste of time. It let me put three debts in last year. Now when I try to enter payments it just says only one debt alloqed you have to pay - why change the terms? Just makes people avoid your products.

You can only add 1 account... That makes no sense for a debt snowball app.

This is useless as it only allows one debt to be added, no functionality because who cant snowball one bill?
